To begin. To start. To get going. To begin, to start, maybe the most difficult task we have. We all have hopes and dreams, but we also have self-limiting beliefs. Beliefs that have become ingrained in our DNA. Why? Why is it that the words that bite the deepest are the ones that tell us we aren’t good enough, smart enough, strong enough, pretty enough. I want you to look at me. Grab my hands and look at me. Don’t look away. Seriously, grab my hands and look at me. I want you to know you that you are enough. Yes, you have the spirit of a champion and it’s time to stop thinking you are not enough. I want you to believe in yourself as much as I do. I want you to go out an make your mark in the world. What is it that you want to do? What legacy do you want to leave? No matter what your answers are I want to let you know that it won’t be easy, it’s not supposed to be. No one ever tells stories around things that were easy.  No one writes great songs because things were easy. Every superhero had to overcome.  It’
