Like deeply happy. As I got into my to-do list this morning, I knew I wanted to record a solo episode on how I'm learning to put what's most important to my heart first. This quote has been a foundational rock in my worthfull journey. It's a reminder that I'm the one who knows best how my time should be spent. I do know what will fill me up with energy and love and joy -- which will allow me to do my best work and give my best contribution.
