Worthfull Project

"I was forced to figure out who I was."   To question your worth is a shame. Not the kind of shame you are supposed to feel like a bad person about. But a true tragedy. That's what my dear sister-friend Sara Wong said at the end of this spiritually rich conversation. Sara and I met a couple years ago as mentors in a leadership program (yes, the same one I've referenced in almost every episode so far).  Right when we started coaching together, I knew she had something I wanted -- the confidence of a woman who has learned to own her worth professionally.
