Devo started out as an art project and turned into one of the most influential bands of the electronic and punk movement. Devo takes its name from de-evolution of the human race. We explore the beginnings of this band formed from the 1970's shooting at Kent State, to graffiti potatoes, to having David Bowie get them a record contract. Q: Are We Not Men?
