Today, we have one of those doctors that are fighting the good fight, my friends. Dr. Joel Kahn is no stranger to the plant-based world. As a vegan himself for close to forty years, Dr. Kahn is not only talking the talk, but also walking the walk….literally….he wrote an entire book walking on a treadmill.
