Tessa “Tess” Gittleman, MA, LMFT, is a Relational Therapist, Public Speaker, and System’s Coach currently working at her private practice, Talk Tutor, PLLC, in Golden Valley, MN. Tess’ background is eclectic, working in Advertising, Food Media, and with incarcerated populations before a chronic health diagnosis forced a pivot. Tess realized what she really loved was connecting to people in meaningful ways, and decided to become the one thing she said she never would: a therapist. After pivoting to mental health, Tess worked across residential and school-based settings, providing services to people across a variety of backgrounds, from queer to conservative, seven to seventy five, individuals and groups. She specializes in helping people who are “acutely aware of the problem” but feel helpless to change it despite outward success.
