Sinopsis

TODAY'S PODCAST:  Grief and I have become friends. In our society, we always are resisting losing something, because it feels like death to our ego or nervous system when we lose something... and who do we be without what or who we lost?  I believe grief can be just as welcome to the table as joy. And since Hawaii, I realize that I've chosen a reality where every moment is perfect. And as I engage with this thought, I have realized just how many places I have massive expectations.  Where are the expectations you hold in your life? Where can you surrender to these? How does this resonate?  Related Links: Join me for a LIVE, in-person, co-creative event on February 25th! Grab your spot here.  Coaching with Dr. Angela Follow my journey on Instagram Explore my book ‘Beauty in the Brokenness: One Woman's Voice’ How can you support?
