Brad Stevens is the current President of Basketball Operations for the Boston Celtics of the NBA. Prior to that he was head coach of the Celtics, leading them to seven straight playoff appearances and building one of the top teams in the league. He rose to fame as head coach of Butler University, where he led the team to two NCAA Final Fours and set records for most wins in the first three years of coaching, and won numerous coaching accolades along the way. He is widely hailed as being a transformational coach for his players, and our interview certainly supported that belief as we discussed vulnerability, authenticity, and so much more.
