Michael Krug is a board certified health and fitness coach who helps busy professional men build strength and lose weight while increasing their energy and confidence. Michael's journey to becoming a health and fitness coach was one of self discovery, pain, learning, and hope. At age 20, he had a breaking point with his health. At 375 pounds and having a blood pressure of 160/100, he knew he needed to make changes starting in that moment to get his life back.
