Tesla has been issued subpoenas by the SEC after a whistle blower stated that Tesla mislead investors with false production figures. Telsa is also dealing with tweets from its CEO Elon Musk regarding his yearning to take his company private. Tom also goes over the review of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 as it has been deemed a ultrapricy phone with great specs but not many changes from the Note 8.
