Today, I covered the next episode in the SERIOUS Episodes Series for April Full House S6E17: Silence Is Not Golden, which aired on February 16, 1993. In this episode when Stephanie is paired with a classmate she hates for a school project, she finds out that his father is beating him, and is sworn to secrecy. This episode broke my heart as a child viewer watching this episode for the first time and also as an adult reviewing the episode for the podcast. My heart went out to Charles. Kudos to both this kid actor J.D> Daniels who also played Peter in the first Might Ducks movie (1992). He did a phenomenal job as a child of abuse. Also Kudos to Jodie Sweetin and John Stamos as they really carried this episode towards the end, especially the scene where Jesse tells Stephanie what happened to Charles after Jesse reported his father to the authorities.
