Am I “The Greater Fool”? I’ve been rewatching The Newsroom on HBO. There’s a seen where a cast member explains what a greater fool is and I haven’t forgotten that seen or it’s message and it was 6 or 7 years ago, but seeing It again and doing what I do and believing what I do has prompted me to share this. “The greater fool is actually an economic term. It’s a patsy. For the rest of us to profit, we need a greater fool— someone who will buy long and sell short. Most people spend their life trying not to be the greater fool; we toss him the hot potato, we dive for his seat when the music stops. The greater fool is someone with the perfect blend of self-delusion and ego to think that he can succeed where others have failed. This whole country was made by greater fools.” I think that I can succeed where others have failed. How? I believe that by building a commUNITY of believers, dreamers and doers that think positively, move more, eat better and feel amaZing that I can lead a mission to make healthy the norm! T
