Barbershop Breakdown

We were so lucky to have special guests Cyreld. She has dealt with her own personal mental health issues and is now an advocate for mental health awareness. She has attempted suicide four different times and has several different diagnosis stemming from mental health issues. She is very open and candid as she discusses with us her journey into mental health, and her ongoing journey to find mental stability.
