The week is for all my fellow over-achievers out there! For those of you who like to jam pack your schedule so full you couldn't possibly fit another activity into your day. For those of you who commit to getting things done in one sitting, in order to "maintain productivity". HONEYS - you're slowly hurting yourself! This week I have 4 tips to help you SLOW DOWN, give yourself a break, and avoid burnout! Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound. 2. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of FOUR. 3. Hold your breath for a count of SEVEN. 4. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of EIGHT. *This is one breath.
