Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is set to open in the France Pavilion of Epcot’s World Showcase on October 1st, 2021. Part of the Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, the World’s Most Magical Celebration. We got out first look Inside Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in December 2019, a few months after the official announcement at the D23 Expo, part of the multi-year reimagination of Epcot. At the time, Remey's Ratatouille Adventure was planned to open in the “Summer 2020,”, which well, Not exactly this Covid thing happened. We watched the construction from our Disney’s Skyliner gondola until the announcement that the opening day was moving to October 1st 2021 to co-inside with the 50th anniversary.
