*TRIGGER WARNING: If your mental health is not in a space to handle talks about COVID-19, the Delta Variant putting children in the hospital, debate about anti-vax/anti-mask. or anything health related, please skip this episode or tune in at a later time.  COVID-19 has divided families, broken friendships, ended marriages, and caused enormous amounts of trauma for so many of us. But, one thing we can all agree on is that parenting during this pandemic is challenging (understatement of the century). It can feel impossible to make the "right" decisions, and like no matter what we do, we are either risking our children's health or their childhood. It is unfair that we have to make these decisions, and can be very isolating. In this episode I am joined by the strong, brave, and vulnerable mama - Shamire Crummie- for a very open conversation about the struggles of navigating this pandemic as a mother. Shamire has a bachelors degree in Public Relations, a Master’s degree in Social Work, and has been a stay at home
