Scavenger's Hoard: A Star Wars Podcast

In this episode, Rachael and Kirsty kick off the show with their extended (and spoiler-filled!) review of the first two episodes of The Mandalorian. Hear us swoon over the transcendent marvel that is baby Yoda, as well as praise the title character for being such a thoroughly good boy. We then discuss some key takeaways from recent ‘The Rise of Skywalker’ cover stories that have been featured in UK publications SciFi Now and Total Film. The conversation then moves to Rebecca Roanhorse’s novel Resistance Reborn, which we discuss in full, covering its strengths and weaknesses, as well as speculating on what its implications might be for ‘The Rise of Skywalker’. Finally, they offer their review of the episode of Star Wars: Resistance (‘From Beneath’), which essentially turns into a mini-crusade for heightened levels of Tam content.
