In this episode we meet the resort hopping Yogi, Alana Tilly - an Australian who is now based in Fiji, and spends her time travelling around the island teaching people from all walks of life, the art of Yoga. She shares with us how she brings the benefits of yoga into her everyday life & even her parenting to create self-awareness and consciousness, where she is strong on raising her family to not conforming to society’s expectations. Alana also shares her journey on starting life in a new country, the catalyst it took to get her here, and the difficulties over the last 12 months as an expat, being away from family and now no longer having the freedom to visit them back at home.
