Hollie Woodhouse is one of the most adventurous people I know. She has run multi-day marathons across the Sahara Desert and through the Amazon Jungle. She makes regular appearances n the Coast to Coast, and most weekends are out adventuring around Canterbury and other parts of New Zealand.
