Mario Cristobal and Billy Napier were brought to the sunshine state with Cristobal being hired by the Miami Hurricanes and Napier getting hired by the Florida Gators. Pittsburgh also found their franchise QB by drafting Kenny Pickett 20th overall in the 2022 NFL Draft. The Steelers are playing in the AFC North one of the toughest divisions in the NFL this season with many pundits projecting Pittsburgh to finish in last place behind the Ravens, Bengals, and Browns.
