Leonard Bell was shot nine times in 2004 by the leader of the Galloway Boys, one of Toronto's most notorious street gangs. Tyshan Riley not only shot Leonard Bell nine times, but he shot and killed Brenton Charlton right in front of Leonard Bell. Tyshan Riley was in Toronto last Thursday to attend his father's visitation. Bell had no idea that Riley was going to be in Toronto, and found out a day after he drove by the funeral procession. Bell said "Our tax dollars is going into paying for his transportation? Totally ridiculous, totally ridiculous," "It just comes like a complete slap in the face."
