Show Notes: Indigo Avisov is a queer, sober coach and intuitive shaman who does Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consulting at an international corporation, where they have applied their educational knowledge of international relations, political science, intercultural development and organizational leadership and business to coaching executives and their teams on how to build diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces and teams. In addition to their DEI work, they have spent the last 6 years mentoring under a Psychologist and Shaman to infuse spiritual principles and practices into their work, taking clients as a Purpose Guide in order to bridge connections to collective consciousness and provide a holistic approach to their work of helping humans dismantle generational trauma and evolve, grow and expand in ways that help them live in their fullest unapologetic purpose. In the next year, they will be focused on building their private practice that combines their life’s work to offer Holistic Life and Purpose
