Evelin (27) worked in online marketing and Ferenc (38) is a lawyer, specialized in mutual funds. They’ve been together for 4 years and during that time had done a few backpacking trips in Asia, but also done a couple of major overland trips before their current trip. Last year they discovered northern Europe and in early 2018 travelled to Africa, which turned out to be a test run for their equipment and vehicle. Based on these trips they made modifications to their vehicle and equipment setup.We travelled a lot together, and planned this trip since mid-2017. I (Ferenc) have driven all the way from London to Mongolia in 2014 (long story because we actually had to sell the car in Tajikistan) and this trip had basically made me want to do a similar trip again. That’s when I started to loo
