Tonight's guest, Matt, has spent quite a bit of time in the woods. In fact, over a 10 year stretch, he spent at least 300 days, every year, in the woods. Even though he's spent so much time in the woods, nothing could compare to an experience he had in 2004. You see, Matt had gone on a bow hunting trip, in the California high country, with a friend. The day he had his encounter, he and his friend had climbed about 2 hours, up a trail, heading to a place where they planned to hunt. All of a sudden, they started to hear a splashing sound, nearby. Initially, they thought it was just one of the common animals they would have expected to see in that area. It wasn't long, though, before a creature they never would have expected to see made its presence known.
