Brian Winters, who's a former New Hampshire state legislator that started a non-partisan super PAC called the American Union PAC. They currently working with congressional races in 10 swing states that includes North Carolina, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Florida.
