The team welcomes Sergeant Edwin Raymond to the show! Raymond was the lead plaintiff in a lawsuit filed by a group of NYC police officers who have become famous of the “N.Y.P.D. 12”. They claim that despite the 2010 statewide ban, officers are forced to meet monthly quotas for arrests and summonses… particularly enforced in communities of color!
