Spoiler alert **** I do not recommend doing stopping antidepressants cold turkey. If you are considering stopping medication please talk to your physician!  - This is a different type of episode today. I'm sharing a very personal (and terrible) experience of how quitting Lexapro cold turkey feels like.  - I don't know if I'll get back on Lexapro. I was taking  it for anxiety. It worked great. But, there are side effects.  - I'm glad Lexapro was available to help me when I needed it. Now I wonder would I have taken it if I knew how hard stopping would be?  - Mental Health should not be a taboo subject.  Have you experienced this before?
