Sinopsis

This week on Flashpoint: Host and KYW Newsradio Community Affairs reporter Cherri Gregg asks the burning questions about hit and run accidents in the Philadelphia region. When does a crash become a crime? Accident Investigation District Captain Mark Overwise joines Sarah Clark Stuart, executive director of the Bicycle Coalition of Philadelphia and Brian Hickey, a reporter for Philly Voice who was a victim of a hit and run accident. The newsmaker of the week is the man behind the Instagram account "Kensington Beach," which posts graphic videos of people in various stages of intoxication or who are using drugs on public streets. He explains why. The changemaker of the week is Gabriel Nyantakyi, the creator of a project called "Water Arms Over Fire Arms."
