Tens of millions of adult Americans are under-employed and underpaid because they do not possess a four-year college degree. In addition, individuals who do not attend more prestigious colleges are many times unable to fully capitalize on their education. The impact is extensive, especially on people of color and at risk communities and impact economic mobility. Is it time for educators and employers level the playing field?
