Miscast Commentary

This week starts out awkward as Todd reveals a recent dream to Joe but they get on track as they discuss the penultimate episode of WandaVision (This was recorded before the finale was released) and they share some theories for the final episode. Todd discusses a moment from the old animated X-Men series that is very close to an MCU storyline and Joe gives a quick review of The Croods sequel. They discuss the massive ratings drop at the Golden Globes and they share their feelings about race in film starting with their disappointment in the studio forcing a white actor into the black cast of Coming 2 America. They talk about the fake outrage of the far right over some Dr. Seuss books no longer being published. Joe segues into Asian American actors and their trouble being cast in racially insensitive roles.
