Miscast Commentary

Joe and Todd take a trip into the deepest, darkest parts of their childhood as they watch Garbage Pail Kids: The Movie. They talk about Todd's current connection to the Garbage Pail Kids, Mackenzie Astin's famous family and the director's pedigree. Joe talks about the music career of Anthony Newley (Captain Mancini) and how getting this movie was kept secret from Mackenzie Astin's parents. They attempt to clean up the plot of the movie to make it a bit better and they discuss how people in 80's movies were fine with murdering children. Joe reveals the resumes of the people who played the Garbage Pail Kids and their connections to previously covered Miscast Commentary Movies. They discuss some of the formulas in 80's film including the young man/old man relationship and young man meets monster.
