Hey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Punky Power: An Unofficial Punky Brewster Podcast. Today, I am bringing to you a Bonus Episode of one of my favorite shows growing up, besides Punky Brewster. I covered the PBS 1995 show Wishbone, all about the little dog with the big imagination. If you grew up in the 90's like me you definitely watched this show and if you were a teenager like me in 1995 you probably also had a crush on Wishbone's owner Joe Talbot like I did. The episode I decided to cover is Wishbone S1E9: Digging Up The Past, which aired on October 17, 1995. In this episode Joe, Ellen and Wishbone meet a woman who lived in their home over 40 years ago, who comes to see the house and find the treasures she left behind as a kid. Wishbone imagines himself as Rip Van Winkle who falls asleep for 20 years and doesn't recognize anything or anybody, and can't get anyone to believe who he is.
