Professor Peter Jones, Professor of Endocrine Biology and head of the Department of Physiology at King's College London, is interviewed by PhD student Prudence Lui. Peter breaks down the basics of type 1 and type 2 diabetes and discusses his lab's recent research into the phenomenon of mitochondrial transfer.
