The full podcast crew was back together for Thursday’s podcast as Tom Kakert and Matt Randazzo were joined by former Hawkeyes Pat Angerer and Joe Conlkin. We begin the show discussing the controversy surrounding Gary Dolphin’s comments during the Iowa basketball game on Tuesday night that resulted in a two game suspension. We also talk Iowa hoops and their hot start and big game coming up on Friday against Wisconsin. Then we switch to football and take a quick look back at the win over Nebraska, post season awards, and the bowl game outlook. We also discuss Pat’s upcoming professional wrestling match coming up on Saturday night in Iowa City. Will he win the tag team belts?

With the Thanksgiving holiday approach that means an early in the week podcast with plenty for Tom Kakert and Matt Randazzo to discuss after a good three day stretch for Iowa football and basketball. We start by breaking down Iowa’s win over Illinois and the increased snap count for Noah Fant. Then we preview the upcoming game against Nebraska and we also look at the bowl options for the Hawkeyes.
