19/06/2011 Duración: 42minHave you ever wanted to communicate with God but felt like you didn’t know what to say? Maybe you feel like you aren’t qualified, your words aren’t flowery enough, or that He doesn’t really care what’s going on in your “sector” of the world. Reverb: My Story (Dave Brunelle)
05/06/2011 Duración: 35minVery recently (April/May 2011), we did a sermon/Mo Group series at Momentum called “Reverb” where we encouraged people to learn (and tell) a few key stories from the Bible. We also challenged them to consider how they might tell their own stories – to anyone who is listening – about life, faith, hardship, and celebration. This week, Dave Brunelle, Senior Pastor of The Rock Church (Garfield Hts.) will tell you part of his story.

Next Step Sunday
22/05/2011 Duración: 22minThis Sunday is a special service where we will give you some of the resources that you might need to help you take your “next step.” It won’t freak you out; we won’t draw attention to anyone in the crowd; but it may be very helpful to get you moving in the direction you want to be moving, if you are seeking God. Next Step Sunday will help you move forward to love God, love people, and serve the world.

Reverb: Your Story
15/05/2011 Duración: 50minUnderstatement: The Bible is a very big book. In this series, we wanna simplify things by telling a handful of the stories that give us the essence of who Jesus really is, and what he thinks about us. These four stories have reverberated from one person to another since the First Century. So along with rockin’ out to the great music at Mo and meeting great people in a Mo Group, this series has two levels of challenges: Level 1 – To Know (For the listener or “investigator” who is unfamiliar with the gist God’s story) Level 2 – To Know How to Tell (For the adventurer who believes these stories are the hope of our city/world). Please listen to these fabulous stories told by: Jason Peterson Dana Wooters Lew Meadows

Growing Pains: Divine Appointment
17/04/2011 Duración: 50minSoon after the resurrection of Jesus (c. 30 AD), God’s church formed and, numerically, began to explode. The way they loved God, loved people, and served the world was a beautiful thing. But just like Poison said, “Every rose has its thorn.” (Hum it with me…) So along with the crazy-rapid growth and double-rainbow excitement of that spiritual community came a lot of growing pains, obstacles, confrontation, persecution, and some…uhh…rather eccentric people (I’m being nice here). You’ll likely see some parallels to your own journey – whether you follow Jesus or not. Come feel the pain…

Mo[ses] Leadership In The Desert: God's Top Ten List
06/03/2011 Duración: 01h02minMoses didn’t think he had what it took to be a leader. After all, when God asked him to be a leader Moses was short-tempered; he spoke with a stutter; and he was “just a shepherd.” However, God later showed Moses that it was His power that was important in the equation, and He used Moses to lead all of the Israelites out of Egyptian slavery. Now Moses is wandering through the desert with 2 million people looking to him as their miracle-working leader. They’re all hungry and thirsty with no 7-Eleven in sight. At times they mention they’d prefer going back to being slaves. Oh and btw Moses, there’s a group of people called the Amalekites who wanna kill all of you, too. So – Charlton Heston – what’s your next move?
