Understanding the Kingdom - Part 1. In this new series, Dr. Michael Lake will examine how the Kingdom of God is revealed from Genesis 1 to Revelation 22. In fact, Kingdom is one of the main subjects of the Word of God and is quintessential for the equipping of the Remnant in the Last Days. In this session, we examine both the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Darkness are revealed in the first chapter of Genesis, the mechanisms that God used to displace darkness, how only Kingdom bring abundance, and what God considered the true blessing of mankind.

Based on a study of Hosea 6:6, we discover that there are two affects of God's grace. The first, we are all familiar with -- God's unmerited favor. The second aspect of grace is what it works within the heart of man and then returns to God. This second aspect of grace is loyalty and fidelity toward God! The more grace that is released into man's heart, the more loyal he becomes to God. This truth shows the error in hyper-grace. The more grace released, the greater fidelity will be matured in the heart of the believer toward God and His Word.

The Coming Shaking - Part 4: We will discover that believers have a more narrow road to walk with Messiah than Israel did in the Old Testament. This is counter to the current teachings of today that state that grace gives us such a wide road to walk. In actually, grace has brought us to Mount Zion. We can hear the voice of God more clearly and be empowered by His Spirit to walk more like Jesus. Finally, we are warned not to refuse the voice of God. Rather we must serve Him with reverential fear - for our God is a consuming fire. It is time to learn to walk in the Kingdom that cannot be shaken!

The Coming Shaking - Part 3: We continue with the powerful admonishment of Hebrews 12. Just like when the Book of Hebrews was written, God is calling us to strengthen our hands and knees, and to make straight out paths (to walk in righteousness). We are then given a clarion call to walk in biblical holiness: a requirement to see the LORD. Finally, we are warned about Esau and discover some possibilities of what lead to his selling his birthright. Powerful warnings to today's believers.

We are continuing in the Book of Hebrews. We are challenged by the Hall of Faith. This Hall of great men and women of God calls us to lay down sin, press toward Jesus and Christ-likeness, and to resist the influence of Mystery Babylon upon our lives. We are in the world, but not of the world. We must learn to walk in the power of the Kingdom of God.
