You will also learn that self-control is highly valued by God. You gain a deeper understanding and insight of how truly significant self-control is in your journey to become Christ-like.Emotion is not in and of itself evil or bad. It’s a necessary part of your life. It’s what produces the “fight or Flight” ability when when you get into a dangerous situation. Fear can help keep you out of trouble, but it can also paralyze you when you should be doing something constructive.
