My Keto Thanksgiving Menu

The menu includes Southern “Corn”bread and Turkey Dressing (inspired by the “highfalutin low-carb” YouTube channel) as well as other delicious keto goodies. It’s going to be amazing and you better believe that I’m going to post pictures and recipes on Instagram!

I’m Obsessed with the SCALE.
19/11/2017 Duración: 03minThere seems to be an anti-scale sentiment in the ketogenic community but I think stepping on the scale and weighing yourself every day can be a powerful tool when you have a lot of weight to lose - particularly when you have 100 pounds or more to lose - so I’m discussing my unique point of view when it comes to weighing yourself every day while doing keto or any other low-carb diet or any diet in general. I understand that weight can fluctuate wildly and that weight loss is not a straight line, but overall I think the scale is a perfect way to give yourself a quick look at your progress.
