How do you think about risk? What role has it had in your life or career? The answer to these questions may surprise you. We've all heard that "risk is relative" and while this statement is true, it's also incomplete. It doesn't tell the whole story. To give a better answer we must first define what risk really means for each of us individually, because our definition will determine how we perceive and react to risks throughout our lives. In today's clip, the Vision Paradox team share their experiences with risk and how it's affected their lives

Most people quit on their dreams because they don't know how to continue. They get discouraged and lose hope. You'll hear from the Vision Paradox team who have been there before and share what they learned along the way so you can learn from others' mistakes and successes.

Creating a great dance team can be frustrating. A lot of the time you work with dancers who are not motivated or talented enough to do what it takes to create an amazing show, but you still want them on your team!  There is no magic formula for creating a GREAT dance team, but there are some things that will help make sure they have the best chance possible at success. In today's clip, Emeroy shares what has helped him successfully run his dance teams. 

Making content is hard. It's so easy to get stuck in your head, or just never start because you don't know where to begin.  There are so many ways to create content these days, but it can be overwhelming if you're not sure what steps to take first. You might even feel like giving up before you've started!   In this clip, Emeroy gives advice for people creating their content but aren't sure how they should go about it.

Dance and Animation. Dance was a constant in Emeroy's life. Emeroy was also working in the animation and game industry. Living proof that you CAN do it all (or most things) if you want it hard enough.

For most parents, PARENTHOOD becomes their life and whole being, and that's okay. But for Krystle, being a mom and having her own identity is important.
