She is also a WNFC’s (Women National Football Conference) Texas Elite Spartans (TES) linebacker who has received awards in women's tackle football including the first class of Women's Hall of Fame 2018 and a World Gold Medal for Team USA in 2017. She serves as a "Player Coach" for TES where she both plays and coaches her teammates in football. Grayson has added "international coach" to her resume and is one of the NFL’s flag football ambassadors who has traveled to Egypt to share her love for the sport of football.
