This body prayer has been transforming Anita’s life for over 13 years, and now her unique voice and practice can be brought right into your home! “It’s 5 o’clock Somewhere” brings you 10-15 minute sacred sessions from the meadow near her home to help you unwind, refocus and center your mind, body and spirit. Use these practices to start your morning, finish your day, or simply put life on pause.
