This body prayer has been transforming Anita’s life for over 13 years, and now her unique voice and practice can be brought right into your home! “It’s 5 o’clock Somewhere” brings you 10-15 minute sacred sessions from the meadow near her home to help you unwind, refocus and center your mind, body and spirit.
