Tradtion 10 states that alcoholics anonymous has no opinion on outside issues; hence, the AA name ought never be drawn into public controversy!! This is actually the greatest tool every AA member can use to stay sane in the world today. Not only does it help unify us in our common purpose, it helps us stay out of the proverbial boxing ring of life!!!

This day I was thinking about what a MIRACLE it is that AA exists at all!!! So many variables and yet it was born, has grown and has continued to stay alive in spite of threats both internal and external.
