#AA is a program for #alcoholics who have trouble coping with life without the use of #alcohol! In it you will hear talk of the #12steps - Lisa shares with you her latest 4th step inventory on the time she lost her dream job. This process kept her from drinking but more than that, it helped her accept the unsavory outcome, hold her head high, continue on with grace and dignity back in her old position (which she is not keen on), and most importantly helped her stop resenting the people who had passed judgement on her. She hope it helps you if you are dealing with loss or accepting news you don’t agree with.

In the program of #AA we read the #bigbook of Alcoholics Anonymous and learn about our human condition. It is through this collected experience we learn how to cope with life on life’s terms and deal with ups and downs without the use of substances like alcohol. This latest loss for me was one several of my friends thought I might drink over. I did not. I simply used all the tools AA has taught me over the last 15 years, rolled up my sleeves and got to work.
