How can you hold those things a little looser?2. Paul defined anxiety as focusing our thoughts on things that distract or divide us from the things of God. Is that how you define or experience anxiety? In moments that you can't control, how do you cope and is that a Godly coping mechanism? How can you focus on not being divided or distracted from God even in your greatest moments of worry?3. Paul tells us to think about whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, and excellent. Which of these things do you think about often and which do you tend to overlook? 4. How can we put all of these things into practice like Paul tells us to this week?
