The Movies & Marketing podcast is an effort to dig deep on movie marketing, trying to get a sense of why some movies find an audience and others dont. We talk about movie trailers, what works and what doesnt; dive into some box office numbers, both US & international; revisit the marketing campaigns for some classic films (or what we consider classic films anyway); analyze the marketing narratives surrounding movie award nominees and winners; and talk about movie posters, viral marketing, social media, and a whole lot of other fun stuff.
