Real estate has been a passion of Adrien's since he was a teen, after seeing his uncle purchase and manage several small multi-family properties. He became a landlord by default in 2012 when he turned his personal residence (which was heavily upside down) into a rental. In 2015, he was introduced to wholesaling and it caught his attention as a way to get into real estate without a lot of his own money. He did 3 deals that fall and was hooked.
