What comes up when you hear the word NO?   Does it trigger you to feel like you're not worthy of all the nice things?   Instead, let's reframe and think of NO as a loving little bump back onto YOUR unique path.   I've heard many versions of 'no' throughout the years and while I used to take it as "there must be something wrong with me", I now see that those 'no's' were actually there to serve my highest.   Every time I was met with a 'no', I was being lovingly pushed one step closer to my own unique path, painting a picture of the clear 'YES' before I knew what would unfold...   I choose to share in a filter of benevolence,  KNOWING that both YES and NO are just as loving and for me.   I invite you to explore this further. Choosing your filters...   We've been absorbing narratives that we've been buying into for YEARS, and once we're able to become aware of these conditions, do we transcend them and create a life that is truly abundant.   I deal with my own filter of not feeling like enough or that no one wants me, and I've recognized that it's time to let that filter go.   We hang on to unconscious narratives until we're ready to recognize and release them, and when we do...MAGIC happens.    And each of our processes are going to look different! Have you practiced receiving lately?   So many of us have been trained to help everyone else receive without noticing that they are ALSO designed to receive in abundance. What does compassion look like when you bring it into duality?   We are made up of so many different parts, including some not-so-nice ones that are there FOR us, as an invitation to look deeper within and discover our truth.   What if instead of thinking of all the ways we could be 'better' or comparing ourselves, we practice wanting the person we are in this moment?     We live in a world lacking in self-love, but could you imagine if we all walked in confidence?   And no, not narcissism or self-absorption, but a deep connection to self and source. KNOWING that even though all of the steps may not be clear in this moment, you are exactly where you are supposed to be. And your calling is sacred.   When you trust in yourself and your dreams (noticing the fact that they are actually there), the next step begins to unfold. Feeling a little scared? That's okay! Trust that you are capable and that you ARE worthy!    We want to outsource our confidence from others and forget where it exists, but this simply means we need to connect with ourselves on another frequency, without the conditions.    Your body knows what to do, and when you trust that it is there FOR you, magic will happen. Your body is a sacred vessel that carries you through life, and if you're unable to BE in your own skin, you're in for a fight that you won't win. So take this as an opportunity to notice where you've bought into the story that your body hates you, blocking you from the access of love and abundance that you are so worthy of (seriously, you ARE!). This body you are in is so divine and exquisite. It only wants to walk you through this world, loving the shit out of you! What if we paused to tune in and listened to our bodies? Without the shame and fear. Because as we listen and notice, we will start to understand that our bodies are here for our limitlessness to practice in.
