Deepest of apologizes that last week's episode never appeared. Paul came down with COVID while up at Lifest and had to take the week off for his own health. Paul is one year away from turning 40 years old. While approaching a midlife crises, he is also thinking about what life will be like for him - especially at his weight. He ahs thus proposed that Aaron keep him accountable to loose at least 40 pounds by his 40th birthday - and if he doesn't there will be financial consequences for him, but a benefit fo a charity. May is mental health month awareness month. This year Paul and Aaron talk about a few things including things to look out for with friends/family that indicate that they may be depressed and/or thinking about hurting themselves. We also talk about what to do when talking to someone who may want to hurt themselves and why it is important to have a plan in place BEFORE this conversation occurs. With 1 in 4 people having mental health issues, it is very possible that you may encounter a friend or family member that is having issue with depression at one point in their life.
