Welcome back to part 2 of our Junkyard Brewing company taproom takeover.  During part two, we continue some conversations with Aaron about how to pour a crowler,  thoughts on peanut butter beer, the new culture of families coming to the taprooms, and speak about 'beer snobs' and defining roles in the brewery business. Welcome neighbors to another taproom takeover special edition with Aaron Juhnke, owner of Junkyard Brewing Company! This special edition of BBR is clean from all swear words for the listening pleasure of our younger than 18 audience. Ever feel like you have too much stuff around the house, and you can't wait until spring to do the cleaning? Well Nox had too many different kinds of beer in the ol' fridge that he saved up for sampling on the podcast that he had to force an episode on everyone even after recording another episode before. This is like a "What's in Your Mouth", but a bit longer, looser, and more fun (We think). During this one the gang samples some collabs first, with Promise Ring from Blackstack in collab with Junkyard, we continue with the verticle with Passing Notes from Junkyard in collab with Blackstack. Fair State Brewing did a collab with Modern Times called Spirit Foul, Half Brothers collaborated with Drekker with their Brothers Gotta Hug Black IPA. Then we calm things down a bit with City Light's Mosaic Pale Ale, and the A-team from Fargo Brewing. Then comes something wild with Colors That End in "Urple" from Drekker, Ultracloud from Junkyard, and finishing up with tasting notes on the 2019 release of Hopslam from Bel

Welcome to another episode, neighbors! We get a special treat of 5 different brews from New Zealand from a listener and friend, Ryan Woodfall. Come with us as we taste Lakeman Brewing's Hairy Hop IPA and Taupo Thunder NZPA, Liberty Brewing Co's The Kush WCIPA, and Yakima Monster APA, ending with Behemoth Brewing Company's 'Murica APA.  In the second segment, Blake Brings Beers takes over and we examine Intracoastal Brewing Company's Xtreme Blue Radberry, 56 Brewing's UFO Unfiltered Fruity Object DIPA, Tree House Brewing's AAAlter Ego American IPA, and a collab between Blackstack Brewing and Drastic Measures Brewing called Stupid 755 NEIPA. The third segment got lost by Nox during transfer, and everyone can boo him immensely for that. In that loss, we recognize Fargo Brewing Company's Farm Fresh Wet Hop IPA, Drekker Brewing Co's Struggle Bus, Junkyard's Father of Invention NEIPA and Leopold Foudre Sour, but the biggest loss was Kilstone's Spasibo Tort Imperial Stout, whose beer was the highest rated of th

Ugh. Vodkas. Reminds us of Sex and the City, Lemondrops, and the very tasty Bloody Mary (sorry Ceaser folks, this debate is scheduled for another episode). An almost forgotten about liquor that has such terrible stereotypes, yet beloved by mixologists for it's flexibility of flavor, vodkas are a unique, yet widely sold internationally, style of booze that's the centerpiece for this episode. We sample Smirnoff, Proof's 2 Docks, Tito's Handmade, and Grey Goose. We ended up splitting this into two types of rating styles because of the closeness versus visual bias we had during this session. In part Deux of our series at Wild Terra, we chat with Josiah, the Kitchen Manager and Chef, about the menu and some of it's items. Ethan tells us about one of his mistakes while brewing, his thoughts on wild fermentation versus yeast fermentation, and we get the lowdown on what is with all those tapes in the bathrooms!  The BBR crew samples some very unique ciders in this session.
